Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude any applicable government taxes unless expressly stated.
Payment schedule
Project work is normally billed in stages:
- A deposit on confirmation, before work begins
- One or more progress payments at agreed milestones
- The balance on completion, before final handover and go-live
The exact split is set out in your quotation. Small engagements may be billed in full on completion.
Recurring services
Hosting, domains, maintenance plans and licence renewals are billed in advance for the period concerned. Renewal notices are issued before expiry. Services not renewed by the expiry date may be suspended, and domains not renewed may be released by the registry.
Payment terms
Invoices are payable within fourteen days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise. Please quote the invoice number with your payment so it can be matched correctly.
Accepted methods
We accept bank transfer and online banking to the account stated on the invoice. Other methods can be arranged on request. Any bank or gateway charges are borne by the payer.
Late payment
Work may be paused on overdue accounts, and hosted services may be suspended after written notice. We will always contact you before taking either step.
Refunds
Deposits cover work already scheduled and commenced and are generally non-refundable. Where an engagement ends early, we invoice for work completed to that point and refund any balance held in advance. Third-party costs already paid on your behalf, such as domains, licences and gateway fees, are not refundable.
Ownership and settlement
Ownership of delivered work transfers on full settlement. We do not withhold your existing data, domain or hosting content over a commercial dispute.
The signed quotation or agreement for your project takes precedence wherever it differs from this page.
